Answering Instagram by hand doesn't keep up

Customers message you and comment on your posts at all hours. Replies come from one phone, in between other work, and it's the same questions again and again.

    Prices, opening hours, availability. Each answer takes a moment, and there are a lot of those moments in a day.

    Someone asks a question under a post, and by the time you get to it, they've lost interest.

How it works

Four steps to a tidy inbox

You connect your account through the official Instagram login and never share your password.

  1. Connect your account

    Sign in with Instagram and grant the app permission. You can connect more than one account.

  2. Set up rules

    Keywords, replies to comments and a welcome message. Later on, whole scenarios in the flow builder.

  3. Messages arrive in the inbox

    Whatever the rules cover is handled automatically. Everything else waits for you in the inbox.

  4. Step in when needed

    You take over a conversation and hand it back to the bot once it's sorted.

Security and privacy

Built on Meta's rules

Odepisuj doesn't use unofficial tools and never signs in to your account with your password. Everything goes through the interface Meta officially provides for businesses.

Noeveris s.r.o. is a business verified by Meta

Meta approved Business Verification for Noeveris s.r.o. on 6 October 2026. Before Odepisuj opens to other businesses, the app still has to pass Meta's App Review.

Official Instagram API

Instagram API with Instagram Login. You connect your account by signing in with Instagram and can revoke access at any time in its settings.

Encrypted access tokens

We store the tokens for connected accounts encrypted (AES-GCM-256) and never display them. When you disconnect an account, we delete them permanently.

We don't train on your data

We don't use data from the app to train any model. Anthropic, whose model will write AI replies, is bound by contract not to use this data for training.

Customers know it's a bot

Telling customers that an automated assistant is replying is mandatory. You choose the wording yourself.

Data deletion on request

If you remove the app's access in your Instagram settings, we delete the connected account's data within 24 hours. How it works

Questions people ask us

What exactly does Odepisuj do?

Odepisuj is a web app you connect your Instagram business accounts to. Their messages and comments come together in one inbox, where you reply to them. Repeat questions are handled automatically: a reply to a keyword, a message in response to a comment, or a welcome message. Later phases will add invitations for colleagues, a flow builder for complete scenarios and optional AI replies.

Can I use Odepisuj now?

Not publicly yet. The app is in development and we're launching it with our first businesses. Before other businesses can connect their accounts, Meta still has to approve it through App Review. If you'd like to be among the first, email info@odepisuj.cz.

What kind of Instagram account do I need?

An Instagram professional account, meaning a business or creator account. Odepisuj connects to it through Instagram login, so you don't need a Facebook Page.

Does it follow Instagram's rules?

Odepisuj runs exclusively on Meta's official API (Instagram API with Instagram Login). It keeps track of the window in which Meta allows a business to reply, as well as the sending limits. When a bot replies, the customer is told.

Will AI reply on our behalf?

AI replies will arrive in one of the later development phases and will only be switched on for accounts where you want them. They'll be written by Claude from Anthropic, based on your instructions and materials. When it isn't sure, it will hand the conversation to a person. Model replies can be inaccurate, so you'll be able to turn them off and take over a conversation at any time.

Can I reply to a customer myself?

Any time. Take over the conversation and hand it back to the automation when you're done. If you reply directly in the Instagram app, the bot pauses in that conversation on its own.

Who has access to the data, and how do I delete it?

We don't sell data to anyone and we don't use it to train models. To run the service we rely on Meta (source and destination of messages), Anthropic (only for accounts with AI replies turned on) and Cloudflare (infrastructure). We store Instagram access tokens encrypted. The Data deletion page explains how to request deletion, and the details are in the Privacy Policy.
