Terms of Service

These terms set out how you may use Odepisuj at app.odepisuj.cz. By signing in to the service you accept them.

1. Provider

The service is operated by Noeveris s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 23876247, Příčná 1892/4, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic. Contact: info@odepisuj.cz.

2. What the service does

Odepisuj is a shared inbox for Instagram direct messages and comments. A team uses it to answer messages, set up automated replies and rules for keywords and comments, and optionally turn on replies written by an AI model. The service works only with accounts you connect through Meta's official API.

3. Accounts and access

Access is limited to invited users. You are responsible for your own sign-in credentials and must not share them. The workspace owner decides who on the team gets which role.

4. Your responsibilities

• You connect an Instagram account only if you are authorized to manage it.
• You follow Instagram's rules and Meta's platform terms, including the rules on the messaging reply window.
• You do not use the service to send unsolicited messages, to harass anyone, or to get around Meta's limits.
• Towards your contacts, you are responsible for the lawfulness of the content you send them and for informing them properly about how their data is processed.

5. AI replies

Replies written by a model can be wrong. You decide the settings and the source material the model works from, and a person on the team can take over any conversation at any time. AI replies are enabled per account, and you can turn them off whenever you like.

6. Availability and liability

We run the service with professional care, but we do not promise it will run without interruption. It depends on the availability of Meta's platform and of third-party infrastructure, and message sending is subject to limits set by Meta. We are liable for damage to the extent required by law. We are not liable for damage caused by Meta restricting or blocking your account.

7. Termination and data deletion

You can disconnect an account or ask us to close yours at any time. We may restrict or end your access if you breach these terms or Meta's rules. After termination we delete data as described in the Privacy Policy. The deletion steps are on the Data deletion page.

8. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms. The date of the last change is shown in the footer. The relationship is governed by the law of the Czech Republic, and disputes are decided by the competent Czech courts.
